We were working on a launch for a pharmaceutical company. This particular client was extremely demanding with never-ending last minute changes. Prior to the on-site event, you took every change with stride working countless hours to make sure every detail was done to the client’s satisfaction. While on-site delivering this event for 1,300 participants, we were very understaffed. You pitched in and gave 150% to ensure a successful delivery. You kept all of us on track and never missed the smallest of details. I found your ability to multi-task and delegate under the conditions incredible. When we were faced with providing signage at the last minute, you were the first to pull it together in a fraction of the time it would have taken most. When we had computer issues that could have compromised the entire event, you were the first to pitch in and turn what could have been a horrible situation into a success…all of this while you were sick. I appreciate your demeanor, your positive attitude and your willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done to exceed our client’s expectations. The result of your efforts; we were told it was the best product launch training the client had ever had. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! ~ Dana Endres, BI

I was able to bring you in and turn an entire practice area over to you without any concerns. Your familiarity with our business practices, customer relationships skills and great writing skills made the transition seamless. When we needed to replace a team member on a key account, once again you were able to step in, establish rapport with the customer and continue to drive the project without any loss of momentum. The ultimate plan you created was on-target, comprehensive and innovative. ~ Kevin C.

One of the ways that you add value and make important contributions is your ability to think creatively and pull materials/ideas from a wealth of resources. We’ve worked on projects together. You always brought your “toolkit” of toys, etc. I remember once, before we started each meeting as a group, you had us select from a deck of cards and read the one we chose. That was very cool. In addition, the ideas you contributed were always very creative and relevant. Much of it was new to me so I learned a great deal. Because of this you brought the group to another level. You pushed us to see things from a different perspective and as a result our direction changed for the better and our final papers/presentations were very high quality. – T.W., Towers Watson

You are an “active” listener. Anytime I tell you something that is going in my life you actively listen not just passively, meaning you ask questions versus just nodding your head. You have an amazing memory for details (probably because you an active listener). – S.K., Target

We needed to organize several deliverables for our Pharma client. Several, as in hundreds of resources. You took the time to organize all the deliverables for both the strategy group and learning group. I really appreciated this, and it kept us on track and organized for the on-site delivery. – Todd E., BI
